All Work Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Organized In Such A Way That They Do Not Threaten The Safety Of The Cemetery Staff And People Visiting The Municipal Cemetery And Do Not Cause Excessive Difficulties In Its Functioning. The Employer Does Not Provide For The Exclusion Of The Object From Use For The Duration Of The Works. The Municipal Cemetery Object Is Open For The Whole Year. The Contractor Should Accept A Number Of Exclusions Related To The Implementation Of Works At The Active Facility. Exclusion (Breaks Resulting In The Inability To Carry Out Works) Can Be Up To / Up To 2 Days Each Calendar Week.
