Daming Of Homeless Dogs Will Be Conducted No Later Than 24 Hours Of Accepting The Notification, And In The Case Of A Dog Who Bit A Man, Catching Him In No More Than 4 Hours And Delivering Him To A Veterinarian For Observation; 2) Providing Dogs Caught And Detained In A Shelter Of Comprehensive Veterinary Care; 3) Providing Animals In The Shelter Of Proper Care And Proper Humanitarian Treatment, Feeding, Constant Access To Water, Rooms Protecting Against Cold, Heat And Precipitation; 4) Keeping Recorded And Issued Records Dogs. The Contractor Must Record Caught Dogs And Issue A Registration Card For Each Of Them In Accordance With The Animal Record Program; 5) Performing Dogs And Vaccinations In Accordance With Applicable Veterinary Regulations; 6) Conducting The Perrent Or Castration Of Dogs Caught From The Commune Of Biała Piska, Staying In The Shelter (After 14 Days Of Quarantine). In The Event That Such Sterilization Or Castration Is Not Possible Due To The Age Or Health Of The Dog, It Is Necessary To Make A Written Opinion Of The Vet And Attach It To The Registration Card; 7) Sleeping Of Blind Objectists; 8) Active Search For People Willing To Adopt Homeless Animals By Making Information Public On The Shelters Website; 9) The Contractor Will Not Charge Fees From New Carers For Accepting The Dog; 10) The Catching Of Homeless Dogs Will Take Place Within The Time Limit Specified In Point 1, After The Employees Of The Department Of Environmental Protection, Agriculture And Waste Management Of The Municipal Office In Biała Piska, Who Will Notify The Contractor About The Location Of Homeless Animals.
