4.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation Of A General Plan For The Kurzętnik 4.2 Commune, The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Following: 1) Making A Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), And In Particular With The Provisions Of Art. 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13F, 13 G, 13 And 13 J, 13 K, 13M, Including: A) Substantive Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documents (Required By Law, Notifications, Notifications, Announcements And Announcements :, On The Accession To Public Consultations On The Plan Of The Plan And Other Necessary As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, Communion-Cats Regarding The Development Of A Draft Plan, Statements Of Opinion And Arrangements, And To Cooperate In Conducting The Procedure And Documentation Of Planning Works, B) Preparation Of Materials And Letters In Order To Obtain Opinions And Arrangements, Including The Municipal Urban And Architectonic Commission, C) Introducing Any Changes Resulting From Arrangements, Repeating The Procedure To The Necessary Extent, If Necessary, D) Participation In Open Meetings, Expert Panels Or Workshops, Outdoor Meetings, Studio Walks, Duty Of Designer , Conducting Interviews, Preparation Of Surveys And Geoarates, Collecting Comments, Conducting A Consultation Point (Way, Place And Deadline Set Out With The Ordering Party) Related To The Solutions Assigned To The Plan Of The Plan Within The Selected Form Of Social Consultations, E) Preparation (In Agreement With The Ordering Party) Documents, Letters, Surveys, Geoan-Hel, Advertisements, Announcements, Notifications And Others In The Plan To Draw Up A Plan Specified In Art. 13I Para. 3 Of The Above-Mentioned Act, Including In The Social Consultations Referred To In Art. 8I, 8J And 8K Of The Act, F) Presentation Of The Draft Plan And Participation In Public Consultations On The Solutions Adopted In The Project, During Meetings Of The Municipal Urban And Archive-Tactical Commission And Participation In Meetings With The Participation Of Councilors (Gmi-Ny Council Committees And Sessions ), G) Preparing The Justification Of The Plan In Accordance With Art. 13H Of The Act On Planning And Spatial Development, H) Developing Spatial Data To The Plan In Accordance With Art. 67A Of The Act (On Various Eta-Pacts Of Development Of The Plan), I) Conducting A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, Including The Preparation Of The Environmental Impact Forecast Of The Plan Of The Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Societys Participation In Environmental Protection And On Impact Assessments In Środowo-Uk For These Decisions (Possibly Repeating The Procedure In The Scope Required By The Voivode)., L) Contractor Is Responsible For The Correct Preparation And Composition Of Planning Documentation In Accordance With The Act Resolutions In The Pro
