The Subject Of The Order Are The Supply Of Consumables To Printing And Copying Devices. The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In Annex 5 To Swz (Opz) With A Price Calculation. The Set Scope Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Is In The Template Of The Contract Annex 3 To Swz. The Amount Of Consumables Provided By The Ordering Party In Annex 5 Is The Estimated Amount That The Employer Intends To Order During The Contract. The Employer Shall Implement A Minimum Of 80% Of Deliveries From Annex 5. The Employer Reserves The Right To Quantitative And Assortment Shifts Under The Concluded Contract (In The Event Of A Change In The Needs Of The Ordered Consumables Provided That The Value Of The Contract Is Not Exceeded). The Contracting Authority Informs That The Contract Will Be Carried Out In The Form Of Successive Supplies According To The Needs Of The Employer (Maximum 4 Deliveries During The Contract, In Accordance With The Sent Order To The Contractor. Deliveries Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Commitment In The Offer In The Offer Under Pain Of Imposing Contractual Penalties Specified In The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Contractor, Along With Unloading, To The Place/Room Indicated By The Contracting Authority On The Ground Floor In Rzeszów At Ul.
