1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Automatic Coagulological Analyzer Together With The Service And Delivery Of Reagents, Accessories, Control Materials And Calibrators For The Needs Of The Laboratory Laboratory Of The Laboratory Laboratory Of The Municipal Hospital In Rabka - Zdrój Sp. Z O. O.2. The Order Includes: A) The Lease Of The Analyzers For A Period Of 36 Months Together With The Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, I.E. The Municipal Hospital In Rabka - Zdrój Sp. Z O.O. At The Cost And Risk Of The Contractor, Assembly, Start And Commissioning. Leased Analyzers Must Be Allowed To Trading On The Polish Market, In Accordance With Applicable Law. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Technical Requirements, Were Included In Annex 1 To Swz. This Description Should Be Read Along With Possible Changes In Swz Content, Which Is, For Example, The Result Of Answers To Contractors. B) Staff Training In The Scope Of Operation And Service Of Leased Devices And Interpretation Of Research Results. The Contracting Authority Requires Training Within 2 Business Days From The Date Of Installation Of The Devices. C) Successive Delivery Of Reagents And Necessary Consumable Materials (According To Reported Needs), To Perform Tests In The Estimated Quantities Described In Annexes 2 To Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer All Necessary Reagents To Special Tests In The Tender Offer. The Quantities Given Are An Estimated Demand During The Order For The Contract For Calculating The Price Of The Offer, I.E. Determining The Maximum Remuneration Of The Contractor. The Purchase Of Each Assortment Will Depend On The Real Needs Of The Employer. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract By Reducing It, While The Contracting Authority Guarantees The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract At A Level Not Lower Than 50% Of The Size Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Of Assortment Ordered Between Individual Items Of The Subject Of The Contract. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place Successively, In The Quantity And Assortment In Accordance With The Employers Demand, At The Cost And Risk Of The Contractor By Own Transport Or Through A Professional Carrier Or Forwarder To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party.
