The Municipality Of Valkenswaard And Atalenta Childcare And Primary Education Are Joining Forces To Transform The Current Building Of The Pioneer On Kromstraat Into A Future -Proof Childcare Center. This Includes A Primary School, Daycare, Out -Of -School Care, A New Exercise Space And A Community Center For The Horizon Neighborhood Association. Also During The Renovation It Is Necessary To Be Able To Offer The Students A Good Quality Of Education And Childcare. To Achieve This, A Good Work, Teaching And Relief Environment For Employees And Students Is A Precondition. The Students Are Temporarily Housed At A Different Location During The Renovation. This Location Must Be Supplemented With Temporary Classrooms, So That There Is Sufficient Capacity To Be Able To Offer All Students During The Renovation Of The Pioneer. The Assignment Is Not Merged, It Concerns One Functional And Coherent Whole. The Size Of The Assignment Is So That The Full Assignment For A Specialized Company Is Easy To Implement. For This Reason, It Is Not Necessary To Divide The Work Into Plots. If The Work Were Split, More Coordination Is Necessary.
