The Subject Of The Investment Is The Expansion Of Voivodship Road No. 519 In The Field Of The Construction Of A Pavement In The Town Of Half. The Pavement In Question Is Located In The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, In The Iława Poviat, In The Zalewo Commune In The Village Of Half. The Purpose Of The Investment Is To Improve Pedestrian Communication In The Village Of Half. As Part Of The Construction, It Is Expected: • Necessary Preparatory Works, Including A Photo Of Humus, • Construction Of A Pavement Surface Structure, • Curbs Replacement And Edging, • Reconstruction Of Collision With Technical Infrastructure Devices, • Reconstruction Of The Telecommunications Network, • Construction Of The Technological Channel, • Construction Of Sewage System Rain, • Reconstruction Of Exits, • Construction Of The Retaining Wall • Finishing And Accompanying Works. 2. During The Performance Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Dispose Of Persons And Technical Potential (Tools, Plant Equipment And Technical Devices), In The Assortment And Quantities Necessary For The Correct And Timely Performance Of The Order. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform A Full Scope Of Works, Which Is Necessary From The Point Of View Of Legal Provisions, Technical Knowledge And Building Art To Obtain The Final Effect Specified In The Subject Of The Contract. 4. It Is Recommended That The Contractors Make A Local Vision In The Area Of Works And In Its Area In Order To Assess Documents And Information Provided Under This Procedure By The Ordering Party. 5. Any Demolition Materials Not Suitable For Reuse The Contractor Is Required To Take And Utilized With His Own Efforts And At Their Own Expense, While Metal Scrap Should Be Put Into The Purchase Of Scrap Metal (With The Participation Of The Contracting Authoritys Representative) And Download The Wz Document, Taking Into Account The Following Data: Transmitting - Province Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, Ul E.
