Construction Work - A Complex Of The Pensioner Home Lipová - Design And Build. The Public Contract Is Awarded In The Form Of Design And Build, So The Subject Of The Contract Is Both Projection Work Related To The Subsequent Construction And The Realization Of The Construction Work Itself. The Design Work Consists In Making The Documentation For Construction (Dps), The Documentation Of The Actual Construction (Dsps), The Operational Documentation And Documentation For The Needs Of The Cadastral Office, In Accordance With The Relevant Legal Regulations (Including Hygienic, Security And Fire Regulations), In Particular Act No. 183/2006 Coll., Respectively. 283/2021 Coll. And To The Extent According To Decree No. 62/2013 Coll., Amending Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., Decree No. 146/2008 Coll. , Decree No. 503/2006 Coll. And Decrees 494/2000 Coll. The Documentation Will Also Include A List Of Standards Related To Individual Buildings, Respectively. List Of Other Regulations Related To The Design Of The Structure. Construction Work Consists In The Construction Of Accommodation Facilities - A Building For The Social Service Of The Home For The Elderly (Ds) For 25 Persons And Two Buildings Of The Home With A Special Regime (Dzr) For 2X 25 People. The Building For The Elderly (So.01) Is Divided Into Two Main Materials Connected By Technical Corridor, The Dzr1 And Dzr2 Objects Will Also Be Connected To The Ds By A Technical Corridor. The Accommodation Parts Ds, Dzr 1 And Dzr 2 Consists Of Three Above -Ground Floors With Beds And Attic Space With Warehouses And Meeting Spaces. The Objects Have A Rectangular Ground Plan With A Staircase With A Third Gable From The Northeast Side And Are Covered With Saddle Roofs. Part Of Ds - The Entrance Building Is Ground -Floor With A Flat Roof. The Connecting Corridors Are Designed As A Ground Cut Arched Corridor With Masonry Walls Glazed Windows.
