Natural Gas - A Comprehensive Supply Of High -Man -Type Natural Gas For The Needs Of The Shopping Group Of The Kraśnik Commune. The Subject Of This Contract Is The Performance Of A Comprehensive Delivery Of High -Methane Natural Gas For The Needs Of The Kraśnik Commune Shopping Group For Facilities Indicated In Annex 1 To Swz. Gas Delivery Will Take Place On The Basis Of A Contract Containing Provisions For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To Swz. Gas Delivery Will Take Place On The Basis Of A Contract Concluding The Provisions Of The Sales Agreement And The Agreement For The Provision Of Gas Transmission Or Distribution Services (Comprehensive Agreement) And Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law, Civil Code And Executive Provisions Issued On Their Basis. Kraśnik Commune And The Units Listed In Annex 1 To Swz Will Include Separate Contracts Arising From This Procedure For The Award Of Public Procurement In An Open Tender Procedure For The Performance Of Comprehensive Delivery Of High -Methane Natural Gas Type E For The Needs Of The Shopping Group Of The Kraśnik Commune For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To Swz. Gas Delivery Will Take Place On The Basis Of A Contract Containing Provisions Detailed Information Regarding The Conclusion Of Contracts By The Municipality And Its Organizational Units Are Included In Annex 1 To Swz. The Ordering Party Shall Act On His Own Behalf And On The Basis Of A Signed Agreement (Agreement For Inspection At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party), On Behalf Of: • Annopol Communes • Dzierzkowice Communes • Municipalities Of Gościeradów • Krasnystaw Commune • Communes Of Lubartów • Communes Of Lubartów • Lubenia Commune Wilkołaz • The City Of Kraśnik • Kraśnik Poviat As Well As With Organizational Units, Which Were Indicated In Annex 1 To Swz. Order - A Comprehensive Supply Of Natural Gas To The Facilities Listed In Annex 1 To Swz: Estimated Natural Gas Demand In The Period From 01.01.2026 To 31.12.2027 Is 31 191 406.00 Kwh.
