If, As A Result Of The Design, A Surface Economy Results, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Request The Installed Capacity Of The Photovoltaic Park, Within 15% Of The Contract Value And The Bidder Has The Obligation To Take All The Legal Steps Necessary For Carrying Out The Request For The Contracting Authority. The Deadline For Carrying Out The Contract: 15 Months Of Which 3 Months Design And 12 Months Execution, But Not Later Than 30.09.2026.
