Tender For For Composite Works For Aromatic Pipeline & Jetty Works” For Offsite Pipelines And Jetty Infrastructure Project Of Mrpl; Part-A: • Evacuation, de-inventory, and inertization of 3 existing pipelines (16” Benzene, 18” Paraxylene, 18” Naphtha) over approx. 10.5 km. • Dismantling of pipeline sections in Reach-II and Reach-III (~3 km each) • Installation of 3 new pipelines (~3 km each) on MSEZ corridor supports. • Pre-testing, hydrotesting, dewatering, and pre-commissioning of installed pipelines. Part-B: MECHANICAL WORKS • Evacuation, de-inventory, and inertization of Benzene and Paraxylene pipelines (~1 km each). • Dismantling and upgradation of Benzene pipeline from 150# to 300# rating. • Installation of 3 new pipelines (~1.6 km each) in NMPT area, including road crossings. • Installation of 2 Marine Loading Arms each at Jetty-10 & Jetty-11. • Pre-testing, hydrotesting, and pre-commissioning of new pipelines and associated facilities. • Commissioning assistance for the complete pipeline system. ELECTRICAL WORKS • The scope covers the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems for Jetty-10 & Jetty-11, including power distribution, UPS, lighting, cabling, earthing, and motorized valve actuators. 1. Supply • 415V, 250A, 50kA flameproof TPN distribution board • 7.5 kVA, 110V single-phase AC UPS with ACDB • Lighting system – fixtures, poles, junction boxes (FLP & WP), cables, accessories • Flameproof lighting and power panel • XLPE insulated, armored, FRLS MV cables (1100V) for power, control, and lighting • FRP cable trays and associated structural supports • Cable accessories – termination kits, glands, markers, saddles, clamps, GI pipes • Earthing system – earth electrodes, GI strips, copper flexibles, lugs, jumpers for equipotential bonding 2. Installation • Erection and termination of all supplied equipment and accessories • Laying & termination of power/control cables and FRP cable trays • Installation of new earth electrodes and interconnection with the existing earth grid • Earthing of vessels, pipelines, and equipment as per standards • Mounting of lighting fixtures, poles, and accessories at the jetty and UPS room 3. Testing & Commissioning • Soil resistivity measurement and verification of earthing effectiveness • Testing and commissioning of MOV actuators, including torque/limit switch settings, remote/local control checks, and operational verification • Functional testing of the power distribution system, including load tests • UPS performance testing and integration with emergency loads • Illumination level checks and electrical safety inspections INSTRUMENTATION WORKS • Installation of all field instruments, gauges, junction boxes, control panels, and associated cabling. • Calibration and loop checking of all instrumentation systems. • Fabrication & Erection of cable trays, impulse piping/tubing, and structural supports. • Laying & Termination of signal, control, power, and fiber optic cables. Page 3 of 4 • Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Assistance including testing, troubleshooting, and documentation. • Supply of cable trays, junction boxes, cables, instrument valves, manifolds, tubing, and related accessories from approved vendors. CIVIL & STRUCTURAL WORKS • Excavation & Earthworks, Concrete & Masonry, Structural Steel, Electrical Buildings & Platforms and Miscellaneous Waterproofing, reinforcement, shuttering, demolition, and site clearance etc.
