Tender For Attending break down (internal inspection) of 63 MVA (BBL make) Transformer at 220 KV Sub-Station Modipuram under ETD Meerut - Inspection of 63 MVA T/F 2 Carriage of 20 KL oil tanker from 132 KV S/S Lohianagar (Hapur Road) to 220 KV S/S Modipuram (distance approx.-25 Kms) (Crane/Truck to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost). 3 Drain out of complete Transformer oil in empty oil tanker for internal inspection of Transformer 4 Opening of inspection plate and opening of HV/LV side jumpers and other associated works 5 If 63 MVA Transformer found healthy or repair at Sub-Station then following work is to be carried out. 6 Cleaning of slugs and flushing of Transformer core winding in main tank with hot Transformer oil through centrifuging machine. 7 Closing of inspection plate and jumpering of HV/LV side jumpers and other associated works 8 Create the vacuum inside the 63 MVA Transformer before filling the Transformer oil including vacuum standing test. Note; Vacuum shall be maintained for 24 hrs. minimum at 01 torr. 9 Centrifuging of Transformer oil in 20 KL oil tanker by ultra heigh Vacuum oil filtration plant after connecting the centrifuging the pipe with oil tanker to filtration plant including taking the BDV value of oil periodically till the required value is achieved.(Centrifuging machine shall be provide by the contractor). 10 Filling of centrifuged Transformer oil from oil tanker to Transformer main tank and top up in conservator tank up to required level. 11 Testing of transformer oil of main & OLTC Tank oil sample collected in standard sample bottles at CPRI testing lab including cost of transportation. (after centrifuging of oil of 63 MVA T/F).I-Breakdown Voltage Test. II-Moisture Content Test.
