(Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.) 2 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.) 3 Providing and applying tack coat with V.G-10 using bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.35 kg per sqm to 0.45kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503(Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.) 4 Providing, laying and rolling of Open-gradedpremix surfacingof 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mmaggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve aswearing course on a previously prepared base. including mixing in a suitable plant , laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, and finishing to required level andgrade to be followed by seal coat of either TYpe A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508 (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.) 5 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.) 6 Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from R.O.W. with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 7 For CC Road in Abadi Portion WBM Grading 3Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 8 Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed plain cement concrete pavement (M-35) over a prepared sub- base with approve grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, course and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of course aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed 25 mm, mixed in a batching mixing plant as per approved mixed design, transported to site laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuos operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, Joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing. 9 Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from R.O.W. with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1
