Tender For Special Repair of 1x6 Mtr RCC Culvert at Lodhpuprwa Pasinppurwa Link Road - Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification,including setting out,construction of shoring and bracing,removal of stumps and other deleterious matter,dressing of sides and bottom,brakfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work. 2 Plain cement concrement 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed,placed in foundation and compected by vibration including curing for 14 days.as per technical specification clouse 408 3 Brick masonry work in cement mortar 1:3 in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical speficiations . 4 Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete M 25 gradein superstructure as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5 5 Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202 6 Plane/Reinforced Cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications. (M-20) 7 Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork in sub structure & super structure as per drawing and technical specification.1300&2200 SN.13.2 8 100 mm dia PVC PipeIncluding Supply and Fixing (Weep Holes). 9 Boring with 100 mm dia casing pipe for dewatering including cost of pipes , other materials, labour charges etc. complete. 10 Dewatering the ground water for trenches with hire, operational& fuel charges of pump with oprater complete. 11 DiversionConstruction of subgrade and earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits(carted earth) with all lift& lead , transporting to site, spreading,grading to required slope and compected to meet requirement of table 300-2. 12 Laying reinforced cement concrement NP-31000 mm Dia Hume pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement motar 1:2 but excluding excavation,protection works,back filling, concrete and masonary works in head walls and parapets 13 Laying brick soling layer on prepared sub-grade with brick on end edging according to lines, graded and cross-section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth, spreading 25 mm thick layer of earth over brick soling, watering and rolliing the same with threewheel road roller 80-100 kN as per SOR PWD Specification-762(b) 14 For Approach roadConstruction of subgrade and earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits(carted earth) with all lift& lead , transporting to site, spreading,grading to required slope and compected to meet requirement of table 300-2. 15 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 16 Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63-45 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stonescreening,binding materials to fill up theinterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density 17 Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stonescreening to fill up the nterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density 18 Brick edging on both sides of the road with first class bricks 8 cm wide & 12 cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to required template and in proper alingment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer - in -charge. 19 Construction of embankment (in Patari) with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved byEngineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1,with all liftsand leads,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 20 Providing and applying primer coat with slow setting bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechanical means. 21 Providing and applying tack coat with VG_10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.350 kg per sqm on the preparedsurface cleaned with hydraulic broom . 22 Providinglaying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat . 23 Providing and laying seal coat "C" Type sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall .
