The Acquisition Focuses On The Framework Arrangement Of Window Laundry Services At The University Of Helsinki. The University Of Helsinki Kiinteistöpalvelut Oy (Later Hy247 Or Subscriber) Will Select A Maximum Of Five Suppliers For The Framework Arrangement. Suppliers Are Selected On The Basis Of The Terms And Conditions Of This Tendering And The Prices Offered For The Two -Building Window Width Service. The Subscriber Arranges The Review In Two (2) Target Buildings, Only The Suppliers Who Participated In The Review May Submit A Quote For The Framework Arrangement. The Bidder, Who Gave The Cheapest Price For The Target Buildings, Is Obliged To Produce The Price Offered By The Window Washing Service During The Summer Season 2025. Within The Framework Arrangement, A Mini -Competition Will Be Selected Annually To The Window Cleaners Suppliers For Buildings Or Building Groups Defined By The Subscriber. Hy247 Will Notify The Suppliers Of The Subject Or Voluntary Review Of The Subject Or The Voluntary Review Of The Subject Or The Site. The Hy247 Selects The Most Affordable Supplier To Do The Washing Of That Item Or The Windows Of The Objects. If The Supplier Does Not Participate In A Voluntary Review, The Tenderer Is Obliged To Find Out About The Washable Windows, Conditions And Possible Obstacles To The Window Cleaning And Other Factors Affecting The Price. In A Mini Competition, The Subscriber Announces The Time To Perform The Work So That It Is Least Harmful To The Operation Of The Buildings. Window Washing Is Usually Done During The Summer Months, Ie From 1 June To 31 August.
