Construction Works Include In Particular: 1/ Equation And Profiling Of Roads With Ground/ Gravel Surface, 2/ Mechanical Shear, Adjusting And Profiling Of The Roadside, 3) Strengthening The Ground Surface With A Stone Aggregate, 4/ Strengthening Of The Ground Surface With Concrete And Stone Aggregate, 5/5/ Strengthening Of The Ground Surface With Stone Aggregate (Double -Layer), 6/ Renovation Of The Surface From The Stone Crushed Stone, 7/ Repair Of The Surface From The Crushed Stone, 8/ Repair Of The Surface From The Destruct, 9/ Supplementing The Road With Stone Material, 10/ Cleaning Culverts With Diam. 60 - 80 Cm Tubular From Silt, 11/ Arrangement Of Separating Geotextile, 12/ Earthworks Performed With Excavators With Transport Of Spoil. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works. 4. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Contract: 1/ Settlement Of Cost Estimate, With Price -Forming Components Given In The Offer For Public Procurement Procedure, In The Amount Not Higher Than The Contractual, 2/ The Unit Prices Given In The Offer Also Include The Cost Of Performing All Activities Resulting From The Technology Of Performing A Given Operations, Necessary For Its Implementation, Even If They Have Not Been Included In The Detailed Technical Specification, 3/ The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works Necessary To Fulfill The Subject Of The Contract And Not Listed In The Documents, And The Given Offer Also Includes The Value Of These Works, 4/ In The Case Of The Works Not Included In The Table Constituting The Offer, The Basis For The Settlement Of The Commissioned Works Will Be Developed By The Contractor, Approved By The Supervision Inspector, Detailed Cost Estimate Prepared On The Basis Of The Price -Forming Components Given In The Offer And The Average National Prices Of Materials And Work Of The Equipment Announced In The Publishing Houses Sekocenbud In The Preceding Quarter The Performance Of The Above -Mentioned Cost Estimates, 5/ The Contractor Is Obliged To Settle The Completed Works, So As To Prevent The Value Of The Contract Not To Exceed, The Contractor Will Bear The Consequences Of Exceeding The Value Of The Contract, 6/ All Necessary Materials Are Secured By The Contractor (This Also Means Incurring Costs By Him Related To This), 7/ In Justified Cases Of Threat To Life Or Property Of Considerable Value, The Contractor Must Proceed To Perform Work Within 2 Hours Of Receiving A Telephone Order By An Authorized Employee Of The City Hall, 8/ The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Resulting From The Incorrect Performance Of Work Or Improper Marking And Securing The Place Of Work, 9/ The Contractor Is Responsible For Ens
