The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service For Repairing The Current Surface Of Natural And Improved Ground Roads In The Dywity Commune Approx. 60 Km Long, With An Average Width Of 4 ÷ 6 M.S. The Partition Was Divided Into Two Parts, Taking Into Account The Area Of ​​The Commune, I.E. Road Location 1 - Left Part - Left - Left - Left - Left - Left - Left - Left - Left - Left - Left It Covers The Area Of ​​The Commune On The Left During:- National Road No. 51 From The Border Of The Olsztyn Commune To Dywity,- Poviat Road No. 1430 N From Dywita To The Town No The Order Consists In Repairing The Surface Of The Dirt Roads In The Dywity Commune Using The Following Equipment Depending On The Works Performed, I.E. • Backhoe Loader, • Rotary Circular Excavator, • Self-Propeller Roller, • Truck. Repair Of Road Surfaces Involving Road Works - Earthworks, I.E.: Cutting The Supplied Material • Culvert Repair, • Digging Roadside Ditches, • Planting And Equation Of The Area, • Point Repairs Of Road Surface For Road Failures, E.G. After Heavy Rainfall, • Performing Tasks On Planned Works Such As Loading/Unloading Of Loose Materials And On Pallets, • Performing Earthworks, • Spoil Manner, • Density Of Road Surfaces After Building Material. 3. The Work Will Be Settled For An Hour Of Work, A Backhoe Loader, Rotary Circular Excavator, Work Of A Self -Propelled Roller, A Truck, And The Working Time Begins With The Arrival Of The Equipment To The Place Of Work Indicated By The Contracting Authority 4. Repair Material Will Be Provided By The Employer. 5. Repairs Should Be Made In Appropriate Weather Conditions - Weather. In The Event Of Bad Weather Conditions, Preventing The Correct And Timely Execution Of The Work Covered By The Order, The Deadline For Completing The Order By The Employer May Be Postponed. 6. The Order Will Be Carried Out Successively And In Parts As The Employer Needs Need. The Place, Scope And Date Of Works On Individual Road Sections Will Each Time And In Detail Or In Detail By Phone Or In The Field (Confirmed In Writing - Using E -Mail) By The Person Indicated By The Contracting Authority. 7. The Contractor During The Performance Of Commissioned By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Comply With The Provisions On Occupational Health And Safety, As Well As To Properly Mark And Secure The Work. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure The Correct Organization Of Works That Will Minimize The Nuisance Of Residents And Companies, And Will Also Be Obliged To Organize The Area After Completing Work, Taking Into Account The Entrances To The Property.
