The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular:- The Implementation Of An Architectural And Construction Design For The Comprehensive Renovation Of The Municipal Office Building At 4 Konotopska Street In Ożarów Mazowiecki, Including Roof Renovation, Solar Installation, Thermomodernization And Implementation Of The New Facade, Replacement Of Gutters And Downpipes, Replacement Of Electrical Installations, Renovation Of The Central Heating Installation, Low-Current Installations, Furnace Renovation, Replacement Of Corridors Lighting, Internal And External Insulation Of Foundations, Renovation Of Water-Sewage Installations, Renovation Public Rooms (Toilet, Bathrooms, Stairs), Floor Renovation, External Linear Installations (Water, Sewage, Gas, Energy, Etc.) And The Development Of The Adjacent Area - Fire Roads, Parking Lots, Fence, Entrance Gate, Garbage Shelter Room, Dehydration, Land, Areas Zielone;- Implementation Of The Building Demolition Project At Ul. Konotopska 2 (Plot No. 23/2);-Implementation Of Construction And Executive Projects In All Industries Necessary To Carry Out The Task (E.G. Architectural And Construction, Water And Sewage, Energy, Telecommunications And Other Required) Land Development Projects, Specification Of Performance And Specification Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimate, Materials For The Application For A Building Permit Or/Or Notification Of Construction Works;- Obtaining Technical Conditions Required By Law, Opinions, Arrangements, Consents, Permits, Administrative Decisions (Including Building Permits And/Or Application For Construction Works), Permits, In Particular Arising From The Construction Law;- Dividing The Documentation Into Separate Studies In The Purpose Of Obtaining Administrative Decisions, Allowing For The Implementation Of Construction Works, In The Relevant State And Local Government Administration Bodies, According To Their Competence;- Performance With Their Own Efforts And At Own Cost Of All Types Of Measurements, Maps, Geotechnical Tests, Inventory As Well As Other Activities And Documents As Well As Obtaining All Documents And Decisions, Including Technical Conditions, Administrative Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements, Approvals As Well As Expert Opinions, Research, Which, In Accordance With Generally Applicable Law They Will Prove To Be Necessary To Perform The Documentation And Allow The Employer To Carry Out
