Technical Documents Requested are the following: - a Detailed Resume Outlining Relevant Qualifications and Experience. - Brief Methodology Describing the Approach to the Assignment and Implementation Plan. - Financial Proposal Outlining the Consultancy Fees. Work Experience and Technical Requirements Advanced Degree in Data Protection, Law, Information Security, or a Related Field. at Least Five Years of Experience in Data Protection, Privacy Compliance, or Information Security. in-Depth Knowledge of Data Protection Regulations, including GDPR and Other Relevant Legal Frameworks. Proven experience in developing Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) and data protection policies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience working with organizations in research, policy, humanitarian assistance, or related fields is preferred.
