The Assignment Concerns The Maintenance Of The Electrical And Climate -Technical Building Parts (E&K Installations) In The Construction Works That Are Part Of This Tender By Carrying Out Maintenance, Such That: - Safety, Health And Sustainable Functioning Are Guaranteed; - All Legal Frameworks Are Demonstrably Met With The Components Of The Contract Building Parts List (Cbl); - A Minimum Of Malfunctions Occurs; - The Continuity Of Users Process Is Not Disturbed. In Addition, The Assignment Consists Of Carrying Out Additional Activities (Such As Small Customer Wishes). The Assignment Includes 16 Plots, Where The Size Differs Per Plot. The Surface Area Of The Plots Varies From 22,000 Square Meters Of Gfa To 113,000 Square Meters Of Gfa.
