Subject: Increasing The Capacity And Development Of Skills Of The Employed Persons In The Nssi Short Description And Volume Of The Contract: Activity 1 Of The Project Implies The Inclusion Of Up To 493 (Four Hundred Ninety -Three) Employees From Regions In Transition And 1561 (One Thousand Five Hundred Sixty -One) Employees Of Less Developed Regions; In The Implementation Of The Order, The Following Activities Will Be Carried Out, Detailed In The Technical Specifications: Activity 1 Provision Of Mentoring In The Workplace; Activity 2 Developing/Updating Specialized Materials For (Introductory) Self -Study Of (Newly Appointed) Persons Electronically, On Topics From The Key Activities Of The Nssi; Activity 3 Increasing Organizational Efficiency By Improving Teamwork And Effective Communication And Motivation For Managers; Activity 4 Mastering Green Competences For Sustainability (System Thinking, Critical Thinking, Framing The Problem, Adaptability, Collective Actions, Individual Initiative) In The Conditions Of Digital Transformation Of The Services Provided; Activity 5 Workplace Stress Management And Supervision For Burnout Prevention; Activity 6 “Training For Specialized Communication Skills And Cognitive Techniques For Servicing Citizens/Business, In The Context Of Nssi Activity And Continuous Communication With Citizens, Business And Institutional Partners (Time Management Skills, Decision -Making And Management Of Problems, Skills For Work With Difficult Clients, Etc.).
