The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Teaching Aids In The Form Of Computer Hardware And Software For Schools Covered By Support In The Project Development Of Vocational Education Of The City Of Zamość Ii, Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Social Fund Under The European Funds Program For Lublin Funds 2021-2027 , Priority 10 Better Education, Activities 10.04 Vocational Training. The Main Goal Of The Projects Is To Increase The Efficiency, Quality And Attractiveness Of Vocational Education In Schools For Which The Leading Body Is The City Of Zamość, I.E. For: A) Secondary School Complex No. 1 In Zamość, B) Secondary School Complex No. 2 In Zamość, C) School Complex Supercoditory No. 3 In Zamość, D) Secondary School Complex No. 5 In Zamość. 2. The Employer Is The Beneficiary Of The Project And Purchases Teaching Aids For Schools Run By The City Of Zamość, I.E. For The Secondary School Complex No. 1 In Zamość, Secondary School Complex No. 2 In Zamość, Secondary School Complex No. 3 In Zamość And The Secondary School Complex No. 5 In Zamość. Aids After Their Purchase Will Be Provided To The Above -Mentioned Schools To Implement The Didactic Tasks Specified In The Projects. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of It Equipment With Software To Schools Together With Bringing To The Destination, 2) Providing Warranty And Providing Warranty Service And Technical Support For The Equipment Delivered, 3) Granting A License For Software, 4) Documentation Of Documentation Supplied Equipment. 4. The Detailed List And Delivery Of The Equipment Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 11 To Swz. 5Th Place Of Delivery: Poland, Lubelskie Voivodeship, Zamość (According To Annex 11 To Swz), I.E. 1-39 - Secondary School Complex No. 1, Ul. Łukasińskiego 8, 22-400 Zamość, Item 40-45 - Secondary School Complex No. 2, Ul. Szczebrzeska 41, 22-400 Zamość, Item 46-56 - Secondary School Complex No. 3, Ul. Zamoyskiego 62, 22-400 Zamość, Item 57 - Secondary School Complex No. 5, Ul. Szczebrzeska 102, 22-400 Zamość. 6. Delivery And Assembly Of Devices Being The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place In The Designated Rooms Of The Ordering Party In Time Agreed With The Employer. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Factory New Equipment Covered By The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty Period For Not Less Than 24 Months From The Date Of Handing Over The Entire Subject Of The Contract. 8. Along With The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Operating Instructions, Approvals, Certificates, Warranty Cards, Operating And Maintenance Conditions Prepared In Polish Should Be Provided. 9.
