Procurement Plan for Provisions To Nullify the Low Sulfur Fuel Oil (LSFO) Production III MAA Refinery Brief Scope of Work: As per KNPC Strategic Objectives, MAA must completely nullify the LSFO production. Hence, MAA has started some initiatives in order to nullify title LSFO production. These include processing of FCC LCO/HCO to existing Delayed Coker U-136 and processing of FCC Distillate in existing DHT-I44. In order to further reduce excess Vacuum Residue, MAA is planning to conduct trial runs to operate the existing Delayed Coker U-136 at 108% to 115% of its base capacity. Tender Link : Kuwait Digest
