Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services to Design and Implement a Mid-Term Evaluation. Lot 1. one duly registered and qualified auditor to conduct audit service for specific economic empowerment project namely Promotion of Start-up Businesses (SB) into Innovative Businesses (IB) among the unemployed Youth (PSI-Y). Bidders must note the following requisites for application; Be rated as Grade A or Grade B by the Auditor General and are requested to submit professional competency, tax and legalization related licenses, and IPSAS Certification. Lot 2. LIAE is looking to contract consultancy services to design and implement a mid-term evaluation for the project entitled Promotion of Start-up Businesses (SB) into Innovative Businesses (IB) among the unemployed Youth (PSI-Y) to assess how well the project is being implemented and to determine if it is meeting its objectives and to identify challenges, opportunities, and lessons learned of the project. LIAE is in the middle of the implementation of a five-year grant agreement from July 2022 to June 2026. Bidders must note the following requisite for application: Solid expertise in Monitoring and Evaluation for socioeconomic projects targeting youth (essential). Demonstrated experience with mid-term evaluation design and implementation methods for non-government organizations projects (essential). A portfolio of at least two other similar assignments performed in the past 4 years (essential). Experience and understanding of the socioeconomic models and situation of youth in Ethiopia (desirable). Upon applying for the open bid please use the information below.
