A technical and financial proposal, including: A detailed CV highlighting relevant experience A comprehensive methodological approach outlining the research design and data collection methods A clear work plan with specific actions and timelines, aligned with the allocated working days A thorough risk assessment identifying potential challenges and mitigation strategies A financial offer specifying the consultants daily rate and a detailed budget breakdown with justifications for each cost element.
