1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Aimed At Improving The Technical Condition Of The Poviat Roads Of The Nowy Targ Poviat And Road Infrastructure Together With Safety Elements. 2. The Part In Question - Surfaces With Road Elements. The Works Will Include: 1) Improvement Of The Bituminous Surface Of The Road Along With The Roadside On The Entire Network Of Poviat Roads; 2) Modernization Of Culverts Under Poviat Roads Along With Their Drains; 3) Repair And Implementation Of New Linear Drainage On Poviat Roads; 4) Strengthening The Slopes Of Road Bodies; 5) Improving The Pavement Of The Poviat Roads; 6) Installation Of Energy -Intensive Barriers To Improve Safety; 7) Installation Of Protective Barriers In Dangerous Places. 3. The List Of Poviat Roads And Bridge Facilities Along Poviat Roads Covered By This Order Is Annex 4 To Swz.
