1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Cleaning Services In The Buildings Of The Marshals Office Of The Pomeranian Voivodeship Located In Gdańsk At: - Ul. Okopowa 19, 21/27, - Ul. Równa 19/21,- Ul. Augustyńskiego 1,- Ul. Augustyński 2. The Order Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Cleaning Inside The Building - Cleaning Inside The Building Everyday On Business Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday (In Addition To The Holiday And Free Days Of The Office), Including Cleaning, Among Others: Corridors, Holi, Holi, Stairs, Sanitary Rooms, Office Rooms, Basements. 2) Washing Windows In The Indicated Buildings - Internal And Outer Surface Of Windows As Well As Frames And Window Sills. Window Washing Will Be Done Twice During The Contract (According To The List Of Cleaning Meters). The Contracting Authority Provides That The Service Will Be Performed In The First And Second Half Of 2023. The Contracting Authority Will Inform The Contractor At Least 14 Days Before The Planned Date Of The Service. The Maximum Washing Time Of Windows Under One Service Cannot Exceed 30 Days. 3) Daily Service In A Building Located At Ul. Augustyńskiego 2 - From Monday To Friday From 7.00 To 15.00 - 8 Hours (In Addition To The Holiday And Free Days Of The Office). 4) Daily Service In A Building Located At Ul. Okopowa 19, 21/27 - From Monday To Friday From 7.00 - 15.00 - 8 Hours (In Addition To The Holiday And Free Days Of The Office). 5) Daily Service In A Building Located At Ul. Augustyńskiego 1 - From Monday To Friday From 7.00 To 15.00 - 8 Hours. (In Addition To The Holiday And Free Days Of The Office). 2. The Subject Of The Contract Was Not Divided Into Parts: No Possibility Of Dividing The Order Into Parts Is Planned Due To The Fact That For Technical And Organizational Reasons The Service Should Be Carried Out By One Contractor. Dividing The Order Into Parts Will Not Cause That In The Scope Of Individual Parts There Will Be An Extension Of The Circle Of Contractors That Can Apply For The Order. However, If The Order Is Divided Into Parts, The Costs Of Fulfilling The Entire Order Will Be Greater And The Risk Of Not Realizing One Of The Parts Or Delay In Implementation May Threaten The Correct Implementation Of The Entire Order.
