The Employer Has A Current Situational And Highness Map For Design Purposes On A 1: 500 Scale, Which Is Annex 9 To Swz.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Required Arrangements, Administrative Decisions, Permits, In Particular Final Building Permit Or Reporting Works With Obtaining A Certificate Of Not An Objection To The Construction Of Construction, Permission To Cut Trees And Obtain Consent On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority From The Owners Of Plots For Implementation Investments In The Form Of Loan Agreements And Obtain All Decisions From Administrators, Managers And Gestors, E.G.
