The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of Successive Supply Of Wire For Baking Waste In Rzgok, Wola Pawłowska. 1.1 The Contracting Authority Within 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract Will Require The Supply Of Wire With The Following Features And Technical Parameters. 1) Wire Diameter 3, 5 Mm, 2) Frog, Soft, Annealed, Made In Accordance With Pn-En 10218-2.3) Made Of Low-Carbon Steel Sae 1006.4) Soaked In Surface Oil, 5) Packing: Wire Wound In Vertebrae With Dimensions Of Approx The Outer Diameter Of 750 Mm, Height 500 Mm, Or In Spools With Dimensions 330X210x1506) The Weight Of The Spool Approx. 40 Kg. The Level Of Contract Implementation Will Be 30,000 Kg) And The Contractor Will Not Have The Right To Claim Remuneration For Insufficient Wire. 1.2. Conditions And Place Of Delivery: 1) Deliveries Will Be Successfully Carried Out As Needed By The Ordering Party Based On The Order Placed By Phone Or By Means Of Electronic Communication (E-Mail), In Accordance With The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party.2) Delivery Should Take Place On Euro Pallets, Secured Steel Tape. 3) The Contractor Will Provide The Wire With His Own Or The Transport He Rented To The Regional Waste Management Plant In Wola Pawłowska, Wola Pawłowska 23, 06-400 Ciechanów On Monday To Friday From From 7:00 To 15:00. 4) The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Wire To The Press In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5) During The Wire Unloading, The Contractor Should Be Particularly Careful. This Act Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Health And Safety Regulations) The Contractor Will Implement A One -Off Delivery, No Later Than Within 5 Business Days, Calculated From The Date Of Placing The Order By Phone Or By Means Of Electronic Communication By The Ordering Party.7) The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver To Each One Delivery A Set Of Necessary Documents Regarding The Brought Wire, Containing At Least A Quality Certificate - Approval:
