1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Technical Assistance Service For The I5 Servers Securing Software - Enforcive Enterprise Security. The Contracting Authority Has A License To Protect The Database Servers- Enforcive Enterprise Security With Additional Modules: Policy Compliance Manager, Data Provider, Accelerator Package, Firewall For The Following Servers:- Ibm- 8286- 41A (7 Cpus) Sn787d0bx; 5-42A (9 Cpus) Sn78b2ee1.2. At The Above -Mentioned Software, The Contracting Authority Had Technical Support Until 31.12.2024 3. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Extend The Manufacturers Support For Both Servers (Sn78b2ee1 And Sn787d0bx) By 31.12.2025. In Addition, The Contractor Will Update The Software To The Latest Version Supported On The Operating System Of The Employer, And If Necessary Reinstallation And Configuration. The Contracting Authority Expects To Provide New Current Technical Support Certificates. As Part Of The Support Provision, The Contractor Will Provide For Enforcive Enterprise Security Software: • Possibility To Update The Software To The Latest Version And All The Amendments Offered By The Manufacturer (Software Maintenance), • Remote Assistance From The Engineer When Changing Configuration And Solving Emerging Software Problems, • Enforcive Online Customer Support System, • Providing Support To The Employer When Reporting Service Failures, So As To Carry Out Repair Activities As Effectively. 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Support At The Ordering Partys Headquarters In The Form Of 10 Personnel Consultations Under Which The Following Scope Of Services May Be Provided: • Providing Technical Support At The Warmian-Masurian Headquarters Of The Nfz In The Scope Of The Above-Mentioned Software, • Conducting The Manual In The Scope Of The Abovementioned In The Software, • Tuning (Tuning) Of Systems On Which The Above Software Is Installed, So That The Systems Work Efficiently, • Substantive Consultations And Assistance In The Use Of The Functionality Of The Above -Mentioned Software For Securing Data Stored On The Server, • Installation Of Necessary Corrections ( Ptf), • The Consultants Implementation Of Other Works Commissioned By The Branch In The Scope Of The Use Of The Above Software. On An Ongoing Basis, An Employee Of The Ordering Party, Indicated In The Contract As A Person Supervising Its Implementation, Will Report By The Way E - The E -Mail Need To Arrive In The Consultant. One Day Of Assists Is One Eight -Hour Stay Of The Consultant At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party During Working Hours (8.00 - 16.00). 5.
