1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Aggregates For Repairs Of Municipal Roads In An Amount Of About 1,200 Tons. 2. Estimated Scope Of Delivery: A) The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Broken Stone Aggregate. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Aggregates In An Amount Of About 1,200 Tonnes By Its Own Transport, Including:  Dolomite Fraction Of 0-31.5 Mm In The Amount Of About 350 Tons (Brown-Black),  Granite Aggregates Of The 0-31.5 Mm Granite Fraction In Quantity About 850 Tons.B) Tolerance In The Grain Of Aggregate In The Range +/- 5 Mm.C) In The Case Of Dolomite Aggregate, Does 30%. D) The Content Of The 0 Fraction In The Mass Of The Supplied Dolomite Aggregate May Not Exceed 12 %. In The Event Of Exceeding The Above -Mentioned Value And The So -Called Glinki In The Mass Of Aggregates, The Delivery Will Not Be Accepted By The Contracting Authority, And The Contractor May Not Charge The Employer With Transport Costs. E) The Aggregate Will Be Intended To Renovate Municipal And Internal Roads In The Dobroń Commune. F) Aggregate Should Be Homogeneous, Dry, Uncommon Clay, Clays And Metal Materials Such As Nails, Wires Or Other Impurities That Can Damage Vehicles Moving On The Road, As Well As Other Hardly Decomposing Impurities (Plastic, Rubber, Etc.). The Aggregate Must Have Adequate Test Results Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Appropriate Pn-En 13242 And Pn-En 13043 Pn-En-12620, Pn-En-13450 Standards For This Type Of Aggregate. The Supplied Aggregate Must Have A Declaration Of Utility Properties Of Aggregates With A Marked Ce Mark, Which Indicates That The Manufacturer Takes Responsibility For The Products Compliance With The Declared Usable Properties And For Its Compliance With All Applicable Requirements For Use In Road Construction. H) Documents Confirming Technical Approvals, Approvals, Quality Certificates Or Declarations Of Compliance Of The Offered Aggregates, The Selected Contractor Submits To The Ordering Party At The First Delivery. I) The Ordering Party Will Specify His Demand For Aggregate On An Ongoing Basis, The Supplier Will Provide The Ordered Material After The Contracting Authority By Phone The Amount And Fraction Of The Road Material And The Place Of Its Delivery. J) The Material Should Be Delivered In Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority, The Transport Of Aggregate Should Be Carried Out By Self -Relief Cars, Enabling The Stretching Of The Aggregate On The Roads. The Delivery Will Take Place After Prior Setting During The Offices Working Hours, I.E. Monday - Friday 7:00 - 18:00. In Justified Cases, The Collection Of Aggregate May Take Place After The Working Hours Of The Dobroń Commune Office. K) Each Receipt Of The Material Will Be Documented By The Transfer Of A Proof Of The Purchase Of Aggregate By The Contractor, The Contractor Will Provide The Proof Of Wz With A Weight Print, Confirmed By The Contracting Authority, For The Supply Of A Given Part Of The Order.
