Diesel Fuel - Purchase In Centralized Fuel System (Diesel And Petrol) For Car Park, Machines And Other Equipment. The Object Of The Present Centralized Acquisition Consists In The Purchase By Uca On Behalf And For Users, Fuel Necessary For The Car Park, Machines And Other Thermal Engine Equipment, To Meet The Needs Of Users, According To The Specifications. The Purchase Of The Fuel Will Allow The Users Activity Under Optimal Conditions And Will Provide The Fuel Requirement For A Period Of 36 Months. The Requested Products That Are The Subject Of This Procurement Procedures, In The Quantities Provided And The Minimum Mandatory Technical Characteristics, Are Included In The Annex No. 1 Of The Specifications. In The Context Of The Role And Duties That Uca Has, Given That The Products Are Included In The List Of Procurement Categories That Will Be Made In The Centralized System, Uca Carries Out This Award Procedure For Signing A Centralized Framework Agreement, Following Which It Represents The Basis In Which Users Will Conclude Subsequent Contracts In Their Own Name, Depending On Their Concrete Needs. Thus, Uca Carries On This Procedure To Conclude A Centralized Framework Agreement On Behalf And For A Number Of 21 Main Users, 2 Secondary Users Based On The Centralized Framework Agreement Assigned By Uca, Its Beneficiary Users Will Conclude The Subsequent Contracts.
