The Acquisition Is Subject To A Preliminary Study On The Use Of Artificial Intelligence In The Planning Of The Regional Use Act. The Purpose Of The Preliminary Study Is To Collect The Most Important Zoning Cases And Opportunities Of Artificial Intelligence In Finland And To Identify The Conditions For Their Promotion. The Preliminary Study Is Related To A Broader Digitalisation Development In The National Built Environment, Which Has Been Promoted, Inter Alia, In The Ministry Of The Environments Ryhti Project. The Task Of The Ryhti Project Is To Provide The Foundation For Digital Utilization Of Planning And Building Permit Information Throughout The Country In 2020-2024. The Information Generated By Planning And Construction Licensing Is Compiled In A Uniform Format. This Creates The Foundation For New Methods And Technologies To Process And Utilize Information. The Purpose Of The Pre-Study Is To Support The Digitalisation Of The Use Planning Planning And To Map The Potential Of Artificial Intelligence In Provincial, General And Town Planning. The Study Provides A Realistic Understanding Of The True Potential Of Artificial Intelligence In Zoning Processes To Solve Challenges In The Short And Medium Term. The Study Shall Identify The Most Significant Applications And Use Of Artificial Intelligence In Connection With The Different Stages Of The Plan Process, And The Opportunities For Converging Valid Materials To The Digital Format. The Study Shall Also Take Into Account The Quality Of The Current National Material And To Provide How The Current Quality Of The Valid Material Affects The Cases Presented. The Study Must Also Comment On The Following Topics: Is There A Regulation For Artificial Intelligence That Should Be Taken Into Account In The Planning Of Land Use, Such As Data Protection And National Security? What Potential Measures Can Artificial Intelligence Be Harnessed In Land Use Planning That Should Be Prepared For? What Other Uncertainties Are Identified In The Use Of Artificial Intelligence In The Use Of Regional Use? Is There Any Need For Change In Current Regulation Or Interpretation Of The Safe Utilization Of Artificial Intelligence In The Planning Of Land Use? What Potential Ethical Issues Arise If Artificial Intelligence Is Utilized In The Planning Of Land Use? Plans, Construction And Soil Policy Implementing Formulas Are Excluded From The Preliminary Study. The Results Of The Work Must Be Available To The Subscriber By September 30, 2025.
