Under the State Road Fund, the work of widening and strengthening of the Jaunpur Malhani Khuthan road from Lal Darwaza Jaunpur Chungi to Km 235 of Lumbini Duddhi road (other district road) - Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. As pe DSR 16.83 (including all taxes, labour cess etc but excluding GST.) 2 Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).As pe DSR 16.84 (including all taxes, labour cess etc but excluding GST.) 3 Providing and Laying of Rubber moulded (Red colour) Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm including leveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, spreading and moisting 30m thick local sand on bend, filling joints with local sand on bend, filling joints with local sand etc. for proper completion of the work as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504. As per SOR NS-2 (including all taxes, labour cess etc but excluding GST.) 4 Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in uppers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m (including all taxes, labour cess etc but excluding GST.) 5 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits (lead 2.00 Km.) with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. (Cartage Earth upto 2 Km) (including all taxes, labour cess etc but excluding GST.) 6 Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2. ( Compaction Only).(including all taxes, labour cess etc but excluding GST.) 7 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401(including all taxes, labour cess etc but excluding GST.) 8 Scarifiying existing bituminos surface by machanical means disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads up to 100m.(including all taxes, labour cess etc but excluding GST.) 9 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.(including all taxes, labour cess etc but excluding GST.) 10 Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70to 1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (Including cost of material,Labour cess etc but Excluding Bitumen & GST.) 11 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 4.5 per centby weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.(Including cost of material,Labour cess etc but Excluding Bitumen & GST.) 12 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Including cost of material,Labour cess etc but Excluding Bitumen & GST.) 13 Providing and laying bituminous concrete withhigher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder(VG-30) @ 5.4per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects (Including cost of material,Labour cess etc but Excluding Bitumen & GST.) 14 Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrowpits (lead 2.00 Km.) with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requir (including all taxes, labour cess etc but excluding GST.) 15 PCC Grade M15 using batching plant & manual placing Concretefrom sub-analysis of concrete Rate Using Batching Plant 15 Cum Capacity PCC Grade M15 Using Batching Plant (including all taxes, labour cess etc but excluding GST.) 16 RCC Grade M20Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. (including all taxes, labour cess etc but excluding GST.) 17 Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications (including all taxes, labour cess etc but excluding GST.) 18 PART BMaintainance cost :- Maintainance cost will be paid year wise as perGovernment order No. 17/2024/SA.-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Date 16.01.2024 and HQ UPPWD,Lucknoworder No. 3689COPRMC/Mul-23-24 Date 17.02.2024 . Maintainance cost will adjusted as per final cost of construction and will be paid accordingly. 19 1st year- maintainance cost 0%on Bituminous, CC & drain Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST) 20 2nd year- maintainance cost 0.25% on Bituminous, CC & drain Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST) 21 3rd year- maintainance cost 0.50 %on Bituminous, CC & drain Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes.
