The Services That Are The Subject Of The Present Procurement Procedures Are The Central Element Of The Digitalization Process Of The Activity Of Saj Vâlcea, For Which The Vâlcea County Ambulance Service, Through The Ministry Of Health, Obtained A Non -Reimbursable Financing Through The National Plan Of Resilization And Resilitis, Within The Component 7 - Digital Transformation, Investment 13 - Making The Ehealth And Telemedicine System, Specific Investment I3.2. Digitalization Of Institutions With Attributions In The Sanitary Field Subordinated To The Ms, Based On The Financing Contract No. 1417/51/13.2/17.04.2024. For The Implementation In Good Conditions, And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Financier, The Vâlcea County Ambulance Service Must Contract Development And Implementation Services Of The Integrated Computer System And Related Equipment, Within The Aforementioned Project. The General Objective Of This Project Is The Digitalization Of The Activity Of The Vâlcea County Ambulance Service, In Order To Optimize The Internal Flows And Reduce The Necessary Times For Processing And Issuing Documents. The Specific Objectives Concern: Digitalization Of The Existing Physical Archive By: The Acquisition Of A Scanner/Multifunctional And The Database In The Cloud. Purchase Of It Equipment: Laptops, Printers, Servers, Storage Making A Web Platform For Document Management And Workflows; Training Of Employees Regarding The Use Of New Digital Technologies Implemented The Anticipated Benefits Following The Completion Of The Acquisition Are The Following: Operational Efficiency: Digitization And Digitization Will Allow The Automation Of Many Aspects To Ensure The Administrative Support At The Level Of The Contracting Authority, Such As Processing The Requests For Certificates, Managing Employees Data Or Performing Performance, Which Leads To A More Efficient Performance Of Daily Operations. Reducing Human Errors: With The Help Of The Computer System, The Risk Of Human Errors In Data And Processes Management Is Significantly Reduced. Access To Real -Time Information: Digitalization Will Allow Trained Administrative Staff To Have Instant Access To The Historical Information Of The Employees.
