The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: • Stage 1 - Gis For The Sphere Of Territory • Activity 1 - Analytical Activity - Business And Technical Analysis For Further Establishment Of The Necessary Functionality Of The Gis For The Various Administrative Structures; • Activity 2 - Provision Of Information Infrastructure; • Activity 3 - Development And Implementation Of Gis Platform For Visualization And Analysis Of Data - Providing And Developing The Necessary Functionality And Integration With Other Systems; • Activity 4 - Digitization And Data Migration And Creating Data Standard; • Activity 5 - Training Of The System Users, Implementation And Training Of Gis Software Employees And Creating A Gis Guide For Certain Key Administrative Processes. • Activity 6 - Maintenance And Warranty Service. • Stage 2 - Gis For Other Administrative Units • Activity 1 - Analytical Activity - Business And Technical Analysis For Further Establishment Of The Necessary Functionality Of The Gis For The Various Administrative Structures; • Activity 3 - Development And Implementation Of Gis Platform For Visualization And Analysis Of Data - Providing And Developing The Necessary Functionality And Integration With Other Systems; • Activity 4 - Digitization And Data Migration And Creating Data Standard; • Activity 5 - Training Of The System Users, Implementation And Training Of Gis Software Employees And Creating A Gis Guide For Certain Key Administrative Processes. The Aim To Ensure The Digitization Of Data On The Territorial And Settlement Structure And Municipal Property Of The Municipality Of Plovdiv And The Development Of A Geographical Information System (Gis) For Visualization And Management. Its Direct Users Will Be The Employees And Citizens Of Plovdiv Municipality. The Execution Of The Contract Covers: • Activity 1 - Analytical Activity - Business And Technical Analysis To Further Establish The Necessary Gis Functionality For The Various Administrative Structures. As A Result Of The Activity By The Contractor, A Detailed Report Containing Components Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Is Required; • Activity 2 - Provision Of Information Infrastructure. Within The Activity, 20 (Twenty) Number Of Gis Licenses For A Client For Desktop Workstation, Hardware Infrastructure (Workstations - 20) Should Be Delivered And Implemented, Providing The Ability To Smooth And Function With Desktop Gis Software. The Machines Are Necessary To Secure The Construction, Implementation And Operation Of The Gis Of The Municipality Of Plovdiv, In Accordance With Minimum Requirements. In Addition To Workstations, The Contractor Should Provide 10 Mobile Gps Devices For The Field Employees To Use The Mobile Version Of The Gis Platform, As Well As 10 (Ten) Number Of Licenses For
