Road Transport Services - Renting A Vehicle For Drug Transport. • The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Rent 2 Vehicles Of The M1 Category, Without Service, Including The Provision Of Services Related To The Supplier, To The Possibility Of Subsequent Purchase Of The Vehicle To The Ownership. The Contracting Authority Shall Make A Detailed Inspection Of The Vehicle Before The Lease Is Terminated And Assessed Whether It Is Interested In Acquiring The Ownership Of The Vehicle. Then, On The Basis Of A Contract For The Future Contract - Purchase, The Contracting Authority Is Entitled To Call For The Supplier To Conclude A Purchase Contract For The Vehicle, While The Supplier Is Obliged To Accept The Call For The Conclusion Of The Purchase Contract. • The Subject Of Performance Of The Public Contract Is Also Defined By A Binding Proposal For Contracts, Which Consists Of Annex 2 And No. 7 Of The Tender Conditions. It Is A Car Rental Contract And The Provision Of Related Services (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Lease Agreement”) And The Contract For The Future Purchase Contract. • The Lease Will Be Concluded For 24 Months, Leaving The Vehicle On The Date Of The Protocol Handover Of The Vehicle To The Contracting Authority. The Car Handles Must Occur Within 270 Days From The Date Of The Contract. • The Supplier Is Not Entitled For The Duration Of The Lease (And Further Until The Vehicle Is Transferred From The Supplier To The Contracting Authority According To The Manner Described In The Contract For The Future Purchase Contract, Which Is Annex 7 Of This Agreement), To Transfer The Ownership Right To The Vehicle To A Third Person.
