1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Development Of Waste With Code 17 09 04 - Mixed Waste From Construction, Renovation And Dismantling Other Than Those Listed In 17 09 01, 17 09 02 And 17 09 03 In An Amount Of Approx. 380 Mg. The Offered Method Of Waste Management Must Comply With The Legal Provisions In Force In This Respect And Recovery Processes Specified In Annex 1 To The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (I.E., Journal Of Laws 20123, Item 1587, I.E. As Amended) . The Above -Mentioned Waste Will Come From Renovation And Construction Works. These Elements May Include, Among Others: Parts Of Sanitary Facilities, Plastic Pipes, Fragments Of Regips, Plastic Packaging, Siding, Floor Panels, Windows, Broken Buckets From Enamels, Etc.2. 1) The Place Of Collection Of Waste Is Zakład Gospodarki Waste Beskid Żywiec Sp. Z O.O. In Żywiec At Ul. Kabaty 2, While The Place Of Waste Management Is The Installation For The Management Of Waste Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is Available By The Contractor. 2) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Contractor To Submit An Offer With The Decision Only For Waste Collection. 3) The Contracting Authority Will Transport Waste At His Own Expense. 4) The Contractor Will Segregate Waste Marked As 17 09 04, Separating At Least The Following Fractions: Wood, Metal, Glass, Plastic, Gypsum And Mineral Waste, Including Concrete, Brick , Recycling Or Other Recovery.
