1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Sales Together With Delivery And Spreading On Municipal And Metacar Roads Located In The Commune Of Sobienie-Jeziory, I.E. Providing In Place Of Embedding, An Equation Of A Preserved Road, Spreading Aggregate, Thickening, Thickening By Rolling Or Vibrating: 1) Dolomite Aggregate In Quantity 2000 Tons, With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 Mm Meeting Polish And European Quality Standards (13043: 2004; Pn-En 13242+A1: 2010; Pn-En 13043: 2013; Pn-En 12620: 2010). This Aggregate Will Be Used For Repairs Of Existing Criminal Surfaces And To Make A Foundation Of Roads, Which In The Initial Period Will Fulfill The Role Of Surface. Aggregate Should Meet The Applicable Standards And Have The Appropriate Approval. Aggregate Cannot Contain Elements Harmful To The Environment (E.G. Asbestos, Ash, Etc.) And Dangerous For Road Users (Metal, Wire, Etc.). Aggregate Should Be Delivered By An Appropriate Means Of Transport And Unloaded On The Roads Indicated By The Contracting Authority. 441 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Provides For The Possibility Of Using The Right Of Options.
