Ser_Obe_2024_0032).The Subject Of This Contract Is The Integral Maintenance Of The Parc Dels Camps Elyseis. The Scope Of Action Involves The Trees, The Landscaped Areas, The Sources, The Differences Surfaces And Roads, The Childrens Games, And The Municipal Baths. The Gardening Maintenance Work That Must Be Done In The Different Elements Integrating This Space Are: Maintenance Of The Trees, Maintenance Of The Shrub, Maintenance Of The Grass And Prade-Ra Areas, Maintenance Of Planters, Maintenance Of The Fountains, Maintenance Of The Different Surfaces And Paving , Maintenance Of Childrens Games, And Cleaning Of Municipal Baths. Likewise, It Is The Subject Of The Contract To Promote The Occupation Of People With Disabilities Or At A Serious Risk Of Social Exclusion, In Order To Facilitate Labor Integration, And People Can Carry Out A Productive, Paid, Work That Adapts. To Their Personal Characteristics. For This Reason, It Reserves The Award Of The Contract To A Special Work Center Of Social Initiative Or A Regulated Insertion Company, In Accordance With The Reservation Provided For The Fourth Additional Provision Of Law 9/2017, Of November 8 , Of Public Sector Contracts.
