Framework Agreement With A Term Of 3 Years And A Possible Extension Of 1 X 2 Years. Within The Assignment, A Distinction Has Been Made Between Several Plots, Namely: - City Plot; - Haven Poort Plot; - Plot Outside. The Financial (Ceiling) Value Of This Agreement Concerns: - City Plot €5,000,000 - Haven Poort Plot €2,200,000 - Outside Plot €2,600,000 The Present Framework Agreement To Be Put Out To Tender Replaces A Currently Expiring Framework Agreement For The Regular Maintenance Of Sports Facilities. The Aim Of This Tender Is To Arrive At 1 Contractor Per Lot After A European Public Procedure, Who Will Meet The Set Purchasing Objectives. The Scope Of Work For Each Plot Concerns The Regular Maintenance Of Sports Facilities, Consisting Of: • Removing Litter; • Mowing Sports Fields And Other Grass; • Repairing Play Damage And Flatness; • Fertilize And Combat Pests; • Maintenance Of Green Areas; • Brushing And Dragging Artificial Grass Fields; • Maintenance Of Playgrounds. • Specific/Major Maintenance Consisting Of: • Restoring Stress Areas Such As Goal Mouths; • Restore Grass Stocks By Dressing And Overseeding; • Sanding And Aeration; • Maintenance Of Drainage Systems; • De-Compacting And Leveling Infill Material On Artificial Grass Fields; • Management And Maintenance Of Installations And Fencing. • Renovation Of Natural Grass Fields Consisting Of: • Clean-Up Work; • Cultural-Technical Work On The Top Layer; • Installing Drainage. • Other Activities Consisting Of: • Dumping Released Materials; • Supply Fertilizers And Grass Seed; • Inspection Rounds; • Resolving Emergencies. The Main Objective Of This Tender Is To Maintain The Described Objects Within The Planning And The Available Budget, Thereby Realizing The Ambitions Of The Municipality.
