Solar Photovoltaic Modules – Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation For Pwik Gliwice In The Area Adjacent To The Coś In Gliwice At Ul. Edisona 16 - Part No. 2. 1. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 1) The Subject Of The Procedure Is A Mixed Contract, Which Includes The Performance Of Supplies, Services And Construction Works. The Main Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Photovoltaic Panels. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Performance Of Design Services And Construction Works. The Order Should Be Processed In The Design And Build Formula, Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Pfu) Constituting Annex 5 To Swz. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Currently Applicable Acts And Legal Provisions, Standards And On The Principles Set Out In Pfu And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 2 To Swz. 2) The Subject Of The Contract Includes Comprehensive Design And Performance Along With The Launch Of A Pv Installation With A Capacity Of Approx. 499 Kwp In The Area Adjacent To The Central Sewage Treatment Plant (Something) In Gliwice At Ul. Edison 16. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: A) Development Of Project Documentation, B) Obtaining The Required Arrangements And Permits, Including Building Permits, C) Developing Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, D) Execution Of Construction And Installation Works Based On Developed Documentation, E) Delivery And Assembly And Launch Of Devices, F) Commissioning Of A Ready -To -Use Facility With Documentation, Including Obtaining An Use Permit. 3) The Order Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Implementation Stages And Within The Dates Specified In The Material And Financial Schedule, Constituting Annex 3 To Annex 2 To Swz. 4) The Contracting Authority, At Each Stage Of The Contract, Will Demand From The Contractor Documents Confirming That The Deliveries And Robots Meet The Requirements Set By The Employer, I.E. Submitting To The Contracting Authority A Description Of Key Supplies Or Catalog Cards, Or Technical Specifications Or Other Documents Containing A Description Of Technical Parameters Of Panels, Inverters, Certificates Confirming Compliance With Standards, Etc. The Detailed Requirements In This Respect Are Specified In Annex 2 And 5 To Swz. 5) Warranty And Warranty Date: In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In Annex 2 And 5 To Swz. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Warranty Period Be Equal To The Warranty Period. 6) The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Completed In Accordance With: A) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Pfu Constituting Annex 5 To Swz, B) Model Of The Contract Constituting Annex 2 To Swz, C) In Accordance With This Swz. Due To The Fact That This Is Not Justified By The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Employer Does Not Formulate The Requirements Indicated In Art. 100 Of The Pzp Act.
