The DG set shall consist of diesel engine complete to a matching alternator , through flexible coupling and mounted on comman base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer , fuel tank with mounting arrangement and inlet , outlet return intel oil arrangement , exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditionss prevalent at Bamrauli (capacity of Enfine , Alternator shall worked out taking alderating factors into consideration) including PCC foundation (of suitable size living a least 0.5 mtr all around for ease of movement and 0.5 mtr height ) , anti vibration pads complete as specified and directed , including all feature to comply with CPCB IV guide line and comprising of following: 50 DIESEL ENGINE Disel engine 1500 RPM , direct injection, multi cylinders, fourstroke, conforming to IS:100001/ISO3046/BS:469/BS:5514 ammended upto date , for contonous running capable of taking 10 % overload for one hour in 20 hour, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivery 63 KVA at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Bamrauli (Taking all derating factorinto consideration) fitting with the following accessories subject to the design of manufacturer:- (i) Dynamically balanced fly wheel. (ii) Air cleaner oil fly wheel (iii) Elecronic Governor class 1 A with back up Mechanical governor class 1 A Flywheel with starter ring (iv) Dry exhaust manifold with suitable exhaust residential grade silencer to reduce the noise level. (v) Radiator cooling. (vi)Radiatorfan with gaurd. (vii) Vaccum indicator . (viii) Fuel filter and fuel houses. (ix) FIP. (x) Fan and water pump assembly. (xi) Lube oil filter and pump. (xiii)Engine safety shut down system 51 ENGINE INSTRUMENT PANEL: Engine Instrument panel shall comprising of the following: (i) Starting On/Off switch. (ii) Water temp gauge (iii) Hour meter cum RPM meter. (iv) Lube oil pressure gauge. (v) Lube oil temperature gauge. (vi) Batter charging meter. (vii) Safety alarm against high water temp and lube oil pressure . (viii) Any other item not included/specified but is a standard design of the manufacturer.ALTERNATOR shall be self excited, self regulated, brushlees for 63 KVA contineous operation at the speed of1500 RPM with advance electronoc volage regulator to ensure high voltage accuracy with +1% with class H insulation and SPDP enclouser directly coupled with engine through flexible coupling and confirming to IS-4722 complete 01 Nos. Necessary MoU shall be submitted by rhe contractor duly signed by the OEM of AMC and further maintenance. 57 M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (top edge of the plate should not be less than 1.50Mtrs below ground level) connected to GI wire 4mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steelconnected to earthing test point all as specified incl 20 mm GI tubing medium grade and necessary fitting for protection of GI strip incl laying of charcoal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 150mm th, PCC chamber using PCC(1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 8mm dia, plastering 15mm thick CM (1:6) externally up to 150mm below ground level, GI funnel with 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering and wire mesh incl excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and shown on Electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connected to earth test point incl testing and marking Bldg Nos and writing Test Results (in white) on a black painted M.S. (iii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be included for MS sheet of size 300x300x3mm th, fixed with necessary nuts and boltson angle iron of size 40X40x5mm, 60cm long and grouted with PCC block of size 200x200x250mm(PCC 1:3:6 using 20mm grade stone aggregate including necessary earth work for marking the result and purpose. 58 M&L for construction of valve chamber of size 900x900x900 mm in brick Stone masonry in cm 1:6 with MS sheet cover 4 mm thick angle iron frame with size 50x50x6mm, locking arrangement including excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:2:4 type B1 In bed/ coping plastering all steel surface with two coats of red oxide/zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. 59 M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as complete all as specified and as directed 60 M&L for Trial bore of 250 mm dia pilot bore through any kind of soil strata including hard stone/boulder etc.complete all as specified and directed. 61 M&L for drilling reaming vertical bore up to 500-550 mm in any type of strata for 250 mm dia PVC pipe including all works pertaining to boring complete all as specified and directed. 62 M&L for packing pea gravel 5 to 8mm size and natural shape brought direct from river bank/bed and packing around casing pipe to entire depth upto ground level complete all as specified and as directed 63 Supply and assembly for lowering, jointing and fixing in position borehole drilled of 250 mm nominal dia PVC pipe, (Grade 10 Kg/cm2) ISI marked, with well cap with socket on the top of each bore and well plug at the bottom of bore complete all as specified and directed. 64 Supply and assembly for lowering, jointing and fixing in position borehole drilled of 250mm nominal dia PVC pipe, (Grade 10 Kg/cm2), ISI marked duly slotted/ribbed with slot size 1.5mmX 76 mm, ISI marked, with socket on the top of each bore, complete all as specified and directed. 65 Supply and assembly for lowering, jointing and fixing in position of 250mm nominal dia PVC bail plug, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed 66 M&L for washing the bore with compressed air for well development (pressure not less than 250 PSI & 400 cubicft per minute capacity) to improve porosity till clear water is achieved and taking out all the sedimentation silt, deposited at a distance exc 50m, complete all as specified and as directed. 67 S& F 250mm dia of PVC pipe & fittings any grade in trenches complete all as specified and directed 68 Sch A PartXVIII (Manning and operation of lift during Defect Liability period) 69 Manning and operation of lift for two years by employing one semiskilled category industrial person wearing uniform in one shift per day of 08 hrs including Sunday and holiday complete all as specified and directed for following years:- 70 (a) For first year during DLP 71 (b) For second year during DLP 72 Sch A PartXIX (Annual Maintenance of lift after defect liability period) 73 M&L for annual maintenance of Lift by performing all fortnightly monthly, bi monthly. half yearly and yearly checks and tests including all repair and replacement of unserviceable spare parts for making serviceable after the completion of defects liability period (DLP) through OEM all as per specified and directed for the followings years:- 74 (a) For first year after Defect liability period. 75 (b) For second year after Defect liability period. 76 (c) For third year after Defect liability period. 77 Note for item No. 19.01 to 19.04:- (a) The contractor shall enter into MoU with the OEMs for the provision of the lift and further maintenance The MoU for the post warranty/post defect liability period between the contractor and OEM shall be submitted. (b) The rate quoted is inclusive of all consumable and minor parts but excluding of spare parts. If there is any requirement of major spare parts. same will be measured and paid. 78 Sch A Part XX (PRIME COST SUM) 79 Lump sum price worked out by the contractor forPrime Cost Sum as listed in as listed in Sch ‘A’ Part XXNote :- The amount to be quoted by the Tenderer in BOQ inserted by the department shall be restricted to Maximum 15% over and above the prime cost sum , accordingly the tenderer shall quote the amount. 80 Deduct schedule of credit of Rs 368485.00 as brought out from page no. of tender
