The infill inside the frame will be provided either entire PVC panels placed horizontally as per the colour choice or partly with PVC panels and partly with 4mm sheet glass held in position by means of PVC angles 12mm x 20mm screwed to the steel frame on outer side and with PVC beading on inner side screwed to the steel frame by means of (No 6), self-tapping steel screws placed at suitable intervals. (ii) Cleaning the existing glass strips, joints and existing damaged concrete floor holes, patches etc. with wire brushes of dust and loose material and repairing/ applying the same with Epoxy putty (of approved makes) mixed with silica sand and making it smooth and even to take the epoxy floor coating. (iii) Grinding with hand grinding machine to clean the existing cement concrete flooring and removing any loose material /oil, grease stains and dust particle and applying one coat of Epoxy primer (of approved makes) on the prepared surface. (iv) Applying two coats of dust proof solvent free epoxy floor coating/screed in average 2 mm (1 mm + 1 mm) thickness with Chemisol EP PLUS-800 (High Built Epoxy Flooring) (of equivalent product of approved make) over the primed surface of approved colour to make the surface dust proof, water proof, chemical resistance and Abrasion resistance. Note: Epoxy colour theme will be decided in consultation with IUAC. No extra amount will be paid for using 2 or 3 colors at designated locations.
