The Project Concerns The Scientific And Technical Support Of The Ministry Of The Interior To Speed Up The Organization Of The Incentive And Reward System For Employees Connected To The Targeting And Evaluation System Of The Law. 4940/2022 (A΄ 112) And For Monitoring The Implementation Of The System In Question In The Daily Administrative Practice. The Main Objective Of The Project Is The Full Development Of The Incentive And Reward System Of Employees Through The Assistance Of The Ministry Of The Interior And The Incentive And Reward Committee For: • The Implementation And Monitoring Of The Reward Cycle Of Civil Servants • The Implementation, Monitoring And Improvement Of The Integration And Management Of The Employee Incentive And Reward Information System In The Procedures Of The Public Reward Cycle Employees • The Assistance Of The Organizations That Participate In The Incentive And Reward System For Employees. This Contract Is Not Divided Into Sections, Due To The Relativity, Complementarity And Interdependence Between The Requested Services And Deliverables. Offers Are Submitted For All Requested Services. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To One Million Five Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Five Hundred Twelve Euros And Ten Cents (€1,534,512.10) Excluding Vat 24% (Estimated Value Including Vat: €1,902,795.00, Vat: 368,282 .90 €). The Duration Of The Contract Is Set At Eleven (11) Months And Not Beyond 31/12/2025 And May Be Extended For An Additional Period Of Six (6) Months, Without An Increase In The Physical And Financial Object, In Case Of Modification Of The Project Inclusion Decision To The Taa As Well As Modification Of The Project Schedule, After A Decision Of The Implementing Body. The Contract Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Based On The Best Quality-Price Ratio
