The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Implementation By The Contractor Of A Transport Service Consisting In Transporting Back And Forth Students Of The Forest School Complex In Ruciane-Nida From The Headquarters At Ul. Polna 2 In Ruciane-Nida For Practical Vocational Training Classes, Which Will Take Place In The Maskulińskie Forest District, Up To 27 Km From The Headquarters Of The Forest District, From Monday To Friday, In The Months Of February-June And September-December 2025, In Accordance With The Transport Schedule Specified Below:Practical Classes Throughout The Yearclass Ii - Tuesday 2025 - Two Buses Per 34 Peopleclass Iii - Wednesday 2025 - Two Buses For 34 Peopleclass Iv - Thursday 2025 - Two Buses For 34 Peopletotal The Ordering Party Anticipates 180 Trips To Practical Classes, Including 80 Trips To The Dębowo, Kowalik, Guzianka And Lisiczyn Forest Nurseries (These Trips Should Be Calculated Separately In The Offer Rates)Vocational Internshipclass Ii - Spring 2 Weeks - Two Buses For 34 People - 20 Trips Class Iii - Spring 2 Weeks - Two Buses For 34 People - 20 Tripsclass Iv - Spring 2 Weeks - Two Buses For 34 People - 20 Tripsclass I - Autumn 1 Week – Two Buses For 34 People – 10 Tripsclass Ii – Autumn 1 Week – Two Buses With 34 People Each – 10 Tripstotal Apprenticeships: 80 Trips2. The Ordering Party Stipulates The Following Conditions For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Contractor Must Provide At Least Two Buses Carrying 34 People Each. 2) The Buses Will Carry Equipment Necessary For Classes, I.E. Chainsaws, Brush Cutters, Fuel, Shovels, Buckets, Thermoses, Etc. 3) The Dates Of Practical Classes And Vocational Training May Overlap, The Contractor Will Then Have To Provide Four Buses Carrying 34 People Each.4) Departure And Return Times Will Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis With The Guardians Students.3. The Contractor Will Provide The Means Of Transport Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract On Its Own.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Using Persons With Appropriate Authorizations And Qualifications, As Well As Means Of Transport That Meet All Currently Required Technical Standards Or Other Requirements - In Accordance With The Regulations In Force In The Ordering Partys Country. 5. Orders For Individual Deliveries May Be Placed By Telephone, Fax Or In Writing To The Contractors Address By An Authorized Representative Of The Ordering Party.6. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Actual Number Of Deliveries May Be Reduced, Depending On The Ordering Partys Needs. The Ordering Party Guarantees To Order At Least 25% Of The Number Of Trips Specified In Section 1.7. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Included In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
