The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of 2,000 Tons Of Aggregate Of The Following Quality: - Road Aggregate, Natural, Broken, With A Diameter Of 4-31.5 Mm, Obtained By Crushing Rock Raw Material, - The Aggregate Must Be Homogeneous, Without Foreign Impurities, Without Admixture Of Clay, - The Aggregate Must Be Made Of Dolomite, - The Aggregate Must Meet The Standards Required In Road Construction, In Particular Pn-En 13043:2004/Ap1:2010. Due To The Specificity Of This Order And The Resulting Inability To Precisely Determine The Demand When Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Less Than 2,000 Tons Of Aggregate, Provided That The Ordering Party Undertakes To Order Deliveries At A Level Of Not Less Than 1,000 Tons Of Aggregate (50% Of The Maximum Amount Of Aggregate).
