Solar Photovoltaic Modules - Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation For Pwik Gliwice In The Area Adjacent To Suw In Gliwice At Ul. Canalowa 5 - Part 1. 1. The Subject Of The Order Are Supplies (In Accordance With Article 27(1) Of The Public Procurement Law). 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 1) The Subject Of The Proceedings Is A Mixed Contract, Which Includes The Provision Of Supplies, Services And Construction Works. The Main Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Photovoltaic Panels. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Provision Of Design Services And Construction Works. The Order Should Be Completed In The Design And Build Formula, Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Currently Applicable Legal Acts And Regulations, Standards And The Principles Specified In The Fup And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 2) The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Design And Construction, Including Commissioning, Of A Pv Installation With A Capacity Of Approx. 499 Kwp In The Area Adjacent To The Water Treatment Station (Suw) In Gliwice At Ul. Kanałowa 5. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Development Of Design Documentation, B) Obtaining The Arrangements And Permits Required By Law, Including A Building Permit, C) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, D) Performance Of Construction And Installation Works Based On Developed Documentation, E) Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Equipment, F) Handing Over The Ready-To-Use Facility Together With Documentation, Including Obtaining An Occupancy Permit. 3) The Order Will Be Implemented Within The Implementation Stages And Within The Dates Specified In The Material And Financial Schedule, Constituting Annex No. 3 To Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4) At Each Stage Of Contract Implementation, The Ordering Party Will Require The Contractor To Provide Documents Confirming That The Supplies And Works Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, I.E. Submitting To The Ordering Party A Description Of Key Deliveries Or Catalog Cards, Or Technical Specifications Or Other Documents Containing A Description Of The Technical Parameters Of Panels, Inverters, Certificates Confirming Compliance With Standards, Etc. Detailed Requirements In This Regard Are Specified In Annex No. 2 And 5 To The Swz. 5) Guarantee And Warranty Period: In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 2 And 5 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Period Be Equal To The Warranty Period. 6) The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With: A) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Pfu Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz, B) Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, C) In Accordance With This Swz. Due To The Fact That It Is Not Justified By The Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Formulate The Requirements Specified In Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law.
