Electronic Detection Apparatus – Bio-Vz-25-01: Edx Detektor. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of An Energy-Dispersive X-Ray Detector (Edx, Energy-Dispersive X-Ray Detector), Which Enables The Elemental Composition Of The Sample To Be Determined. The Detector Is Intended For The Ultra Stem Microscope (Nion, Hermes™100S), Used For The Analysis Of Various Types Of Samples With A Very Small Thickness (Ultra-Thin Sections Of Biological Samples Embedded In Resin, Nanoparticles, Etc.). The Intended Device Is A New Detector For The Energy Dispersive Spectroscopic Analysis Of Characteristic X-Rays (Hereinafter Referred To As The Edx Detector), Which Will Allow Determining The Elemental Composition Of Ultrathin Sections And Other Small Objects In A Scanning Transmission Electron Microscope With Atomic Resolution (Ultra Stem), Which Is Already Part Of The Electron Laboratory Microscopy At The Contractors Workplace. This Detector Will Expand The Possibilities Of Using The Device For Elemental Analysis Of Studied Samples In Very High Resolution. A Microscope Equipped With A Detector Will Be Used Significantly In The Performance Of Research Activities By Users Of The Central Laboratory, E.G. For The Study Of Nucleic Acids And Cellular Samples. An Important Requirement For The Properties Of The Detector Is Its Full Compatibility With The System (Hardware, Software) Of The Existing Electron Microscope Mentioned Above In The Clients Laboratories, On Which The Detector Will Be Installed. The Delivery Must Include All Accessories (Software, Documentation) Necessary To Operate The Device, Provided That All Required Parameters Are Met. Another Important Requirement For The Supplier Is A Declaration Of Compliance With The Warranty Period After The Installation Of The Detector, Which Is Valid For The Existing Stem Microscope (The Installation Of The Detector Must Not Disturb/Shorten The Warranty Period For The Mentioned Microscope).
