School Furniture – Increasing The Quality Of Education At Zš Švermova – Equipment – ​​Part 1 - Furniture. The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Delivery Of New (Unused) Interior Equipment To The Newly Reconstructed Building Of Zš Švermova. These Are Common Classroom Equipment (Chairs, Chairs, Etc.). The Supply Of Equipment Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Increasing The Quality Of Education At Zš Švermova. This Is A Project Co-Financed By The European Union - Integrated Regional Operational Program - Integrated Territorial Investment Of The Liberec - Jablonec Nad Nisou Agglomeration (Hereinafter Referred To As Iti) And From The Budget Of The Statutory City Of Liberec. A Description Of The Required Equipment Is Given In Appendix No. 6 Procurement Documentation – Measurement Statement. The Delivered Interior Equipment Must Be New And Unused, Meet The Requirements Of Act No. 22/1997 Coll., On Technical Requirements For Products And On The Amendment And Addition Of Certain Laws, As Amended, And Must Be In Accordance With All Valid Legal Regulations And Technical Standards Relating To Internal Equipment. The Interior Equipment Will Be Placed According To The Project Documentation At The Level Of Documentation For Construction (See Appendix No. 5 Zd). Part Of The Subject Of Performance Is The Handing Over Of All Documents Needed For Handling The Products And For Their Proper Use (Especially Warranty Cards). The Subject Of Performance Also Includes Transportation To The Place Of Performance, Installation, Assembly, And The Performance Of Other Actions Necessary For The Products To Fulfill The Agreed Or Usual Purpose In The Places Of Use. Warranty Service For The Duration Of The Warranty Period Is Also Part Of The Subject Of Performance. Part Of The Scope Of Performance Also Includes The Removal And Disposal Of All Packaging And Other Materials Used In The Performance Of The Order. All Activities Connected With The Subject Of Performance Are Specified In More Detail In The Draft Purchase Contract, In The Statement Of Measurements And In The Project Documentation (See Appendices No. 3, 5 And 6 Zd).
